One headline no newspaper south of the border would ever have the guts to run. Too awkward for the Labour-supporting papers and blasphemy to the right wing ones, but still a legitimate request.
In case you missed it ...
Our EU membership fee was actually an investment that allowed us to earn around £2 billion for every £300 million we paid in. PLUS the social and regional funding. PLUS all the cheap loans from the European Investment Bank 💥 WHAT A DEAL!

Labour's mantra of "no to the single market, no to the customs union and no to freedom of movement" is no progress at all.
“Alors, c’est le triple Non to Europe,” said a senior French figure. “You won’t get very far with that with the French government.”

"Voters should be able to change the outcome of elections every time they go to the polls, but unfortunately too many are trapped in constituencies where their vote for this place still doesn't count"
🗳️ @Tim_Roca calls for "greater electoral reform"

“We have very powerful water companies just used as ways of making money by their shareholders, with no interest in investing, and two we have two regulators not capable of getting them to do that.”
@TimFarron
We must reform our Wild West water industry.
Brexit will cost the UK £400 bn of tax foregone by 2030.
Labour are simply not credible on economics if they don't discuss Brexit as it DWARFS the fake £22/40/XYZ "black holes".
Brexit is, ultimately, a Tory project.
The referendum was called by Tories, won by some other Tories, and then it was implemented by Tories.
Labour can choose to try to ignore it, but it will be a millstone around their necks every day.
Robert Jenrick says that if we leave the ECHR and cap migration, we can grow our economy, strengthening our defences and fix our NHS
In 2016 they told us leaving the EU would fix all these problems
Between 2016 and 2024 we had a Brexit Conservative government which made all these problems worse
The problem isn't asylum seekers or legal migrants to our country, the problem is underfunding of public services by the Conservative party since 2010
Robert Jenrick was first an MP in 2014, he's been at it for 10 years so far and the problems have only worsened under his watch
Dear Keir Starmer,
The public has never been asked about privatising the NHS, let alone given its permission.
All evidence is that NHS privatisations is more expensive and has poorer outcomes for patients.
Where is your voter mandate for doing what you are doing?
GETTING BREXIT UNDONE OFFERS SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES. STARMER AND REEVES ARE CHOOSING TO IGNORE THEM.
The biggest problem Britain has is Brexit. It’s a cancer at the heart of our economy which is slowly destroying us. And yet Starmer and Reeves are doing nothing about it.
What’s going to bring them to their senses? Probably nothing. And depressingly there’s no knight in shining armour waiting in the wings to come to our rescue.
A mass exodus of MPs to a new party is an interesting thought, but meanwhile the economic slow puncture that is Brexit continues.

An appalling scandal which proves that this rotten industry is no longer fit for purpose.
But I’m afraid what the Government has announced so far gives me very little hope that we won’t see a repeat of this in the future.
We need a new regulator with teeth and widescale reform

Being in the Customs Union & Single Market meant we shared a seat at the WTO with other EU members. That allowed us to compete with America and China by manufacturing products across borders using our shared "Made in EU" rules of origin.
