Bioware's insistence that the series end with 3 and it wrap up the reaper plot for good is what ruined ME3, and nothing in 2 suggested they should do that.

@ayasekaz From what I've heard Kinnikuman Nisei was not well-liked among Japanese audiences, but it was popular in the west. Its American distributor funded production on more episodes after the show was cancelled back home, allegedly.

Only other options were games on the Wii U that literally nobody had played and Dark Souls II (a clear step down from the original). 2014 was a terrible year for video games.

But it's more like:
