At night, some " Creatures " create havoc on the streets, violating 𝗺𝘆 and other 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘀 and 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟮𝟭 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘆. Please 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 them as soon as possible and 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 after proper 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, if available, to control this madness.

सच्ची कहानी :

मैं कालू हूँ।

हाँ, कालू। क्योंकि मेरा रंग काला है, इसलिए लोग मुझे प्यार से कालू बुलाते हैं। शायद मेरे जैसे काले भारतीय कुत्तों को अक्सर कालू ही कहा जाता है।

मैं एक ऐसे शहर के एक अपार्टमेंट परिसर का निवासी हूँ जो दिल्ली से सटा हुआ है। निवासी इसलिए, क्योंकि मेरा जन्म यहीं हुआ था। यहाँ लगभग एक हजार से अधिक लोग रहते हैं, लेकिन किसी ने मुझे कभी अपनाया नहीं। शायद इसलिए कि मैं एक भारतीय कुत्ता हूँ और लोगों को मेरी शक्ल-सूरत उतनी सुंदर नहीं लगती जितनी विदेशी नस्लों की लगती है।

मजबूरी में मैंने कभी किसी कार के नीचे तो कभी बगीचे के किसी कोने में अपना आशियाना बना लिया। इस बड़ी-सी दुनिया में वही मेरी छोटी-सी पनाहगाह थी।

मुझे यहाँ बहुत कम लोग प्यार करते थे। ज्यादातर निवासी मुझे दुत्कारते थे। कुछ लोग अजीब-से कपड़े पहनकर, हाथ में डंडा लेकर मुझे मारते और भगाते रहते थे। मैं समझ नहीं पाता था कि मैंने उनका क्या बिगाड़ा है।

लेकिन मेरी जिंदगी में एक छोटी-सी दोस्त थी। एक नन्ही-सी लड़की। उसने मुझे अपना दोस्त बना लिया था। वह हर शाम मुझसे मिलने आती थी। हम साथ खेलते थे और दोनों बहुत खुश होते थे। मैं रोज शाम को बेसब्री से उसका इंतज़ार करता था। उसकी एक मुस्कान मेरे पूरे दिन की थकान मिटा देती थी।

एक दिन, उसी समय उसकी उम्र का एक और बच्चा खेलने आया। वह भी मुझे पसंद करता था। लेकिन उसकी माँ मुझे बिल्कुल पसंद नहीं करती थी। जैसे ही वह बच्चा और मैं एक-दूसरे के पास आए, उसकी माँ ने जोर-जोर से चिल्लाना शुरू कर दिया।

उस अचानक मचे शोर से बच्चा घबरा गया। वह भागने लगा और दौड़ते-दौड़ते गिर पड़ा।

लेकिन अगले ही पल पूरी कॉलोनी में हंगामा मच गया।

कहा गया कि मैंने बच्चे को काट लिया है।

लोग अपने-अपने घरों से निकलकर नीचे आ गए। मीटिंग हुई और फिर यह तय किया गया कि कॉलोनी के सभी कुत्तों को निकाल दिया जाए।

बहुत कम लोगों ने मेरा पक्ष लिया। किसी ने यह जानने की कोशिश नहीं की कि सच क्या था। आरोप इतना गंभीर मान लिया गया कि मुझे वहाँ से हटाने का फैसला कर लिया गया।

एक दिन कुछ लोग आए। उन्होंने मुझे जबरन पकड़कर एक वैन में डाल दिया। मैं डर गया था। मैं समझ नहीं पा रहा था कि मेरा अपराध क्या है।

वह मुझे बहुत दूर ले गए और एक लोहे के पिंजरे में बंद कर दिया।

वहाँ मेरे जैसे और भी कई कुत्ते थे। कोई किसी सोसायटी से लाया गया था, कोई किसी सड़क से। हर किसी की आँखों में उदासी थी। ऐसा लगता था मानो उन सब पर भी कोई ऐसा ही आरोप लगाकर कैद कर दिया गया हो।

मैं बहुत दुखी हूँ।

यहाँ कोई इंसान नहीं है। कोई ऐसा नहीं जो प्यार से मेरे सिर पर हाथ फेरे। कोई ऐसा नहीं जो शाम को मेरा इंतज़ार करे या जिसके इंतज़ार में मैं बैठा रहूँ।

मैंने खाना भी छोड़ दिया है।

अब जीने का मन नहीं करता।

हर शाम जब सूरज ढलता है, तो मुझे अपनी छोटी-सी दोस्त याद आती है। मैं सोचता हूँ कि शायद वह आज भी मुझे ढूँढ़ती होगी। शायद वह आज भी उसी जगह खड़ी होकर मेरा इंतज़ार करती होगी।

लेकिन मैं अब वहाँ नहीं हूँ।

मैं कालू हूँ।

एक भारतीय कुत्ता।

जिसका सबसे बड़ा अपराध शायद सिर्फ इतना था कि वह इंसानों पर भरोसा करता था।

A woman has allegedly been brutally assaulted, yet @Uppolice @noidapolice @DCP_Noida reportedly refusing to register an FIR under the right sections.

When citizens seeking justice are turned away and serious allegations of violence go unaddressed, it raises deeply troubling questions about access to justice and the rule of law.

If an alleged attempt on someone's life does not warrant urgent police action, what does?

We demand immediate registration of the FIR, a fair investigation, and accountability for any official who failed to perform their duty.

A woman was attacked with iron sticks for feeding community dogs. She was struck on the head, which could have resulted in a life-threatening injury. The attacker and his guards were carrying sticks and targeted her solely because she cares for and feeds community animals.
