@chaoticpoetic Yes I think we do. In the end I was saying phrases I knew he would like because if I didn't they would be set out as wrong. So I was phrasing things for him not for me. Not that that's the only thing that put me off. It's just a small part.

@chaoticpoetic Yes, I never started the degree was accepted and thought about it all. I don't really like the person centred method myself if I'm honest, but that's what's comfortable with me. I like person lead therapy, but the way the tutor wanted us to phrase questions I didn't really like.

@chaoticpoetic That's why I stopped degree training at level 3. You do a degree (which is very hard), log in loads of free hours to train, pay a hefty fee to join the monopoly that is BACP which I feel is dominated by aforementioned middle class men and women. Then get offered volunteer work.
