Thrilled to be in the panel for the 2024 MDS Video Challenge! When I first saw it in 2018, I dreamt of presenting a case; never did I imagine to be an expert panelist in a short span. I thank the magnificent masters of ceremony Dr. Lang and Dr. Bhatia.

I am not a professional artist; making sketches or painting is my hobby, and I find my inner peace through this. I find some time for my hobby. Rest of the time my mind remains preoccupied with neurology cases and articles. I have hope that I get better in my artwork.
A young team, inspired by the leaders in Movement Disorders, organized MDSICON 2024 in Gujarat, India. It was a super-hit, thanks to the scientific contributions from the Experts as well as the enthusiastic Neurology Residents and Fellows.

A 60-year-old lady has asymmetric parkinsonism for the past 2 years. She has moderate-to-severe rigidity and moderate bradykinesia of right hand, while on levodopa 750 mg/day. See the MRI below. The radiologist reported it normal. Is it?
