Schools should allocate time and develop a discipline to focus on teacher well being.

School should develop a routine of celebrating the achievements of their teachers, once every month.

Next time, when stereotypes of govt. teachers cross your mind (they don't care, etc), remember this. Many care, deeply and lovingly.
