A parliamentary question to the policy makers: If a bank performs above 80%, why must 20% of its officers receive zero #PLI ? And if employees accepted longer daily hours, why must all Saturdays remain pending? This is not reform; it is administrative arithmetic without human fairness. Government must stop forced ranking and honour.

Rights are not obtained by demanding them, but by uniting to achieve them.
The voice of bank employees is clear—
Fair PLI for All Scales ✊
5 Days Banking ✊
No more broken promises, we demand justice!
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
Let us stop glorifying late sitting as commitment. True commitment is delivering quality work with efficiency, integrity and responsibility—while also having the right to personal time.

The 5-Day Work Week, agreed in the March 2024 Bipartite Settlement, must be implemented without further delay.
An agreement must be honoured. A reward system must be fair.
PLI too must be fair, transparent and inclusive, recognising that every achievement of our banks is built on collective effort.
No privilege. No favour. Just fairness, implementation and dignity at work.
Implement #5DayWeekandFairPLI @PMOIndia

India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.
