What the hell is going on with my parcel.
It’s been 19 days since the item was sent.
It’s from the UK - Ireland.
Last update was in Germany on the 3rd.
Royal Mail website and phone line is beyond useless.
No information provided since the 3rd of May!
@Hermesparcels Your customer service is a joke. Literally a bot that doesn't offer any help.
My package has been in the national sorting hub since December 3rd. Will it ever arrive? Who knows. Doesn't seem like Hermes does.
@Postvox my package RX000508328RS has been sitting in the Dublin mail centre since the 13th although it has been marked as “sorted” since then it hasn’t moved any further.
Could you offer any insight on the delay and possibly help me receive my package please. Thank you

I can’t load into the lobby unless a friend sends an invite.
When I get into the game I can’t loot death box’s and I can’t empty contents of bag and audio is also fucked.
