In the last yr I’ve heard from several jr faculty offered #DEI positions. They are intrigued but skeptical. My advice: “if they are serious about #DEI there will be a budget & FTE release.” This ad bluntly states “No FTE will be provided.” C’mon #AMCs, we can & must do better. 🤦🏾♂️
