@easyJet after 2 weeks with our 12 month old being admitted into hospital, being on oxygen assistance and being told she’s not fit to fly so we’ve ran about like headless chickens to get the medical declaration form filled to be then told that’s still partial refund.

My wits end and not sure where to turn to next after being told we lose something we’ve looked forward to our daughter experiencing as she hits her first birthday and told we would have a partial refund which is 1/4 of the amount we paid back to us. Where’s the justification in

Really disappointed that @TUIUK aren't letting me check in online for my flight on Tuesday. My girlfriend is scared of flying and to add to it that my booking isn't recognised on both the app and browser and saying we need to check in at the airport which by then will be too late

And we will have to sit separately. Poor efforts for a 9 hour flight. Even @jet2tweets let's you check in 28 days before for a 2 hour flight.

@NandosUK had really rude service from your Broughton Park site last night. Although service was great.. girl on the door was efficient and the manager on till was really helpful... When our food was brought over the girl put our food down and asked if we wanted anything else..
