@AlbertaLeonidas@richardgratto@DevonESawa I have lived in Alberta for 14 years. I have never had an issue with having an amazing family doctor. I have had access to amazing medical services including 3 skin cancer surgeries during this time and an ACL knee repair. All in reasonable time and covered. I’m appreciative.
@santafelife@maxfawcett No need to cancel our vacations. We always go to Mexico. 🇲🇽 We love it there. We are even smart enough (great education system up here) to learn Spanish.
Tonight a sense of urgency and sadness came over me as so much of my social media feed is filled with people who want Canada to collapse and think Canada is “broken”, and telling me I should be happy as part of the 51st State. In order to cope with the anxiety I put this video together. Hope you like it and consider sharing it with your fellow Canadians

Psst. #NeverFlyWestjet. Higher call vol? Longer waits? Be kind? 2 hrs then U hang up on me? 3 hrs & counting on my 2nd call b/c you pushed my flight out a day & your online “self-help” is useless? 2nd botched trip in a row? U just don’t give a💩. Porter, Air Canada. Let’s Talk.
@mwjones19@WestJet I feel your pain. Just had my flight tomorrow pushed out a day. I need to work! I need a flight tomorrow. I spent 2 hours on hold tonight until they hung up on me…I’m on the 2nd call…2 hours & 43 min…still waiting for someone to answer. 2nd botched trip in a row.#westjetsucks
What he said. 👇. My heart is broken 💔 about Jasper. Many Albertans are now angry 😡. I am choking with every breath I take of smoky, ash-filled air. NONE OF THIS IS OK. 😷
@PamelaD63@Monkey_13oy The photo on the left looks very similar to what I experienced my last 2 COVID infections. It was my first symptom along with fever both times. Took 10-14 days to clear. Now it is flaring up again (3 wks later). 😒
@MamaSitaa__@dbkell@Sunny_Rae1@dgurdasani1@patientled This looks exactly like what I had twice triggered by COVID infections. I had all the other classic symptoms too. Both times tested positive on a RAT. The spots went away both times after about 10-14 days. Mostly on my stomach. A few spots on my back/legs.
If you’ve never experienced ‘really’ cold weather, there’s certain things that happen at those temperatures that you can’t really imagine.
Like you can tell how cold it is by the ‘sound’ a door makes when it closes.
@Krista22H @tired_elle That has been our experience. My teens had no illness last year during the mask mandates at school. This fall, with no one masking, it has been non stop illness including COVID. I keep catching everything they bring home. 🤒 We can’t catch a break. Immunity theft…🤔
@KellyQuessy @ABDanielleSmith Rotfl. Do you even have kids? He did mask last year even when the mandate lifted (he was in middle school). He is now in high school. None of the older kids are masking. It is called peer pressure and would he appreciate his mommy following him at school with a mask? He is 15🙄
@TRexMD780 Thank you for all your hard work providing quality health care for Albertans despite the horrible UCP government that is destroying our health care. I appreciate you and I am sure your colleagues and patients do too. 💝 Get well soon.
