Last Wednesday, a community dinner was held to commemorate the Peekskill Community Kitchen pilot program. Fourteen youth ages 16-24 participated in a 12 week mentoring and training program focused on food management which culminated in a delicious meal prepared by our youth.

The 3-mile long trail system along Peekskill’s Hudson River waterfront has been officially designated as a part of the NYS Greenway Trail System, from Annsville Preserve to Lent’s Cove Park. This is a symbolic designation that will be identified on the NYS Greenway map. Yay!!
