It's been quiet for a while, but not because nothing's happening!
The finish line for our next episode is in sight, and this one will be quite a bit longer than our others (~2x longer than our longest!)
Have more soon~~

Hey you - do you run any #ttrpg's? This book is just fantastic for getting in the heads of your players! https://t.co/DqmDIP0nBZ
(No affiliation, I just like it)
Friendly reminder for next game: Make sure to pay attention to everyone at the table, not just the loud people.
The person quietly enjoying the company and vibe has just as valid an experience as the people with Strong Opinions on whatever's happening.
My next character idea: a performance magician for "adult parties".
Knows of and has dirt on all the nobles. Tries way too hard to get taken seriously. Weirdly good at specific spells, but nobody dares ask why.
@NessExtravagant I built makeshift scouting towers for that sweet +1 height bonus to attack, and trapped them with bomb snares to make sure they weren't used against us
Ended up not being useful during combat, so instead I had my pet Drake tackle the towers into groups of enemies.
@waffler Yeah, and ofc it's necessary to build up to "tough feedback" in most situations, rather than expecting it right away.
But I haven't heard of that before, I'll have to look it up ๐
I've found feedback absolutely necessary for growth, but it's difficult to build a culture of feedback - where you can critique and be critiqued without hurting or wearing down the people you're with (or yourself).
How does it work at your table? #DnD#ttrpg
@GigaElectric Yeah, I'd be down for some weapon-bomb combos. Honestly, I feel like it's a little strange bomb arrows aren't a thing already (considering spell strike ammo exists...)
Feels like it needs to be said: #TTRPG DMs (and players!), don't be afraid to take risks, go big, and throw some stakes on that grill
... (although talk with relevant players before messing with their character or backstory. Seriously.)
