❓ How can we enhance CAR-T cell activity against solid cancers?
➡️ In a recent study, Zhao et al transduced CAR-T to express IL-10, resulting in enhanced T-cell proliferation, effector function, mitochondrial capacity and antitumor activity in a variety of solid tumor murine models.
‼️ This exciting approach holds promise for patients with solid malignancies.
