Calling it "forced" doesnt really work. The whole point of that shot is to project power. Hes walking in front of a missile launcher, surrounded by soldiers, wearing a black jacket and sunglasses. Of course its intentional.

That doesnt make it less stylish or less badass. The military setting just adds to the image. Hed still look good without the missile: the missile & soldiers just make the whole thing hit harder.

"Trying too hard" is basically just saying you personally dont like the look because your tastebuds are factually shitty. Thats not the same as the look failing.

even if someone is visibly overweight, that doesnt cancel out the things actually being used to project authority here: the office, military setting, posture, styling, entourage, missile in the background, etc.

Power projection is about status, command & control. A leader walking in front of a missile system with senior officers beside him is projecting power because the image says hes the one in charge of the people & hardware behind him. His body type doesnt cancel that out.

The very fact that soldiers can indeed shoot like that means that so can soldiers in Russia can as well which is the point of the post.

You can ignore us as much as you like but with the limited evidence we have shown, (the first video a russian soldier shooting down an ukrainian whatever & in the other users reply to you they showed muslim fighters shooting the same weaponary system the same way the russian solider did in the first) you still lost the argument.
