@ExpressTestUK That was one thing I wanted to check actually. The test is for my partner who’s Spanish and flying back to Alicante. Does his ID card still count as proof of identity as that’s what he will be using to travel with. Many thanks!

@easyJet Just received an email that my flight has been cancelled so I would like to try & change it but it’s asking me to change my password which I’m trying to do but when I enter my email address it asks me to enter a valid email address but it is the correct one! Can u help?

@British_Airways Hi, trying to book a flight via the app but every time I get to the payment it says my card details don’t match the card that I’ve selected but I’ve checked and double checked and all the details are correct, but it won’t accept the payment? Any advice?
