@olsonplanner@StudentLoanAdv@JaredFenlason My wife was in PAYE due to recert this month, received the letter she’d owe 10-year std payment in April last week, logged in this week & payment due for April is set for the amnt she was paying on PAYE. Confusing but just something to monitor frequently until able to recertify.
@SalikNazirMD@DrDamluji Agree! And it would have shown similar “statistically significant” ⬇️ in primary endpoint in my opinion if it had as many patients. Feel the same way about SGLT2s in HFpEF. Help with symptoms and hospitalizations, but look at death specifically and no ⬇️. Go with inexpensive med.

@CJohnsonRx@PGPharmacist The part that is tugging me to want to write an individual letter is to make sure the candidate has the best chance possible. But much higher workload 😬
@ashwil13@CJohnsonRx@PGPharmacist As a letter writer, that was my initial thought and would hope programs not request them or at least be clear about expectations and requests for them. If you write letter for ~4-5 students all applying to ~10 programs, that’s about 50 UNIQUE letters on top of the form!
RPDs, with the new PhORCAS recommendation form including the option for reference writers to upload a LOR, what are you requiring/planning to REQUIRE your references to do?
