@AmazonHelp Two deliveries arrived at different times, and both drivers left the parcels by the bins without knocking. One parcel contained chocolates that could have melted in this weather. My Ring doorbell and CCTV confirm neither driver knocked. Why is this happening?
@AsdaServiceTeam Hi, I’d like to make a complaint about my experience at your Dagenham store today. Could you please share the appropriate email address? Thanks
@Screwfix Used £10 voucher on £11.99 item (paid £1.99). Faulty item returned but the only refund given was the £1.99 difference I paid + no replacement as voucher can’t be used again. So my £10 voucher was wasted. Surely a faulty item should still be replaced? Unfair service.
@IKEAUK Order cancelled AGAIN. There were 10 items in stock when I placed the order. Poor stock management. I don’t know any other company that waits until the collection window to pick an order, then takes days to realise it’s not in stock. Waste of time.
@IKEAUK Really disappointed. Ordered 3x sensors on Wednesday for click & collect today, then got an email this afternoon saying the order was cancelled and I was given credit instead of a refund.
Item still shows 27 in stock in-store. Stock management seriously needs improving.
@EE Hi! It’s about an equipment return. Royal Mail tracking shows it was delivered on 2 Oct, but I haven’t had confirmation yet. I’ve DMed the details—could you check and update my account so I’m not charged? Thanks
@EE I spoke to EE tech support and they said WiFi Coverage Boost only works on TFL Underground and WiFi Calling. That can’t be right — there aren’t 150,000 hotspots on the Underground. Can you clarify what this add-on actually provides?
Hi @EE, can you clarify if EE WiFi hotspots are free for mobile customers with WiFi Coverage Boost? When I try to log in it only shows options for EE/BT broadband accounts. Thanks
@AmazonHelp I’m not looking for an automated link. My question is why the Royal Mail “box & label” return option has been removed. It allowed us to drop items at any Post Office and get proof of postage. The new method is restrictive and gives no receipt. Can you provide a clear answer?
@AmazonUK Hi @AmazonUK, why have you removed the Royal Mail “box & label” return option? It let us drop items at any Post Office and get a postage receipt. The new “no box/no label” option limits us to one chosen branch and doesn’t provide proof of postage. Can this be fixed?
