@t_looman I'm guessing an update/refresher on the state of shader precompile (how to make sure there are no stutters on first playthrough) for 5.4 is already planned ?
@PLyczkowski @JamesButlin_ There is a feature in Git called "Git bisect". You checkout one commit, you test the software, say if the bug is there or not, then checkout another commit, rince and repeat and it will converge to the actual commit that introduced the bug.
@games_inu@LiamTart@UnrealEngine With the Explicit Tangents setting checked, the imported mesh will keep using the original per-vertex tangents instead of using the implicitly derived ones. This is very useful for low-poly models and hard surface (weighted normals) workflow because you retain the desired look.
@Dachsjaeger Over time, the joystick was deteriorating into a stiff, unresponsive gadget, demanding vigorous, forceful nudges for it to register inputs. It drove me crazy, especially during the vine-to-vine maneuvers in Donkey Kong Jr.
@Stestreamsutin@Dachsjaeger Absolutely, when it's faster to Ctrl+Alt+Del and terminate the process rather than having to wait for the game to load the title screen and then navigate the menus to finally be able to close the game, you know something is wrong.
@amu_mhr It's relatively common to use Morph targets, yes. You can use the StaticMeshMorphTargets in material editor plugged into WPO and normals to morph from one shape to another for example.
@Rocket_Pan_@HighlySpammable There are devices that look like a flash drive but instead have a programmable interface that allows you to execute pretty much any functions / copy data / keylog, by masquerading themselves as a HID (e.g. keyboard), when you plug it in. Don't plug in flash drives you find.
@Nahuel_Belich@FrancessLGemini @delaneykingrox It's completely silent. "raud" = "ro" (but as explained previously, the 'r' is rrrrroled from the throat). The form "aud" as the "o" sound is not used often except for some last names and maybe a few nouns like "crapaud" (toad), "cra-po".
@troyosh Ah, yea this assumed you author your own textures to ensure they would always match when swapped (using Quixel mixer with the same height map bricks as base would make this process relatively easy).
#GIVEAWAY | RizomUV is my weapon of choice when it comes to unwrapping my models and @RizomUV has kindly given me 6 indie perpetual licenses to share. Comment and retweet this for a chance to win. I'll choose 6 winners at random! https://t.co/2C2jm1THqv
@ambrosiussen_p @okimanartist @sidefx@sidefxlabs Is there a way to paste channel ref in it ? Also I'm currently using a shortcut to paste chref in fields, but it always override the existing value instead of appending, unlike if I use right click paste relative ref, which works fine in the field itself.
@pablodp606 Thank you for your contribution to Blender's development and the community. Saying you elevated the sculpting tools to another level would be an understatement. I wish you all the best in your future projects !
@ace5c4d It's a Windows feature. I've never been convinced it actually restarts the whole Display driver stack though. I think it just clears the framebuffer and switches the mode and wakes up the display. Usually it solves problems like stuck black screens. Try Performance Power mode.
