@merseyrail another morning of being stood for over 5mins waiting at the single machine at Bache. Unfair on those arriving early, but forced to queue for a ticket, unfair on the people in the queue under pressure to be quick, unfair on the train full of people made to wait.

@merseyrail need to sort the ability to buy tickets on the app. Get the train from Bache to Liverpool every morning and my ability to make the train depends on a slow ticket machine. If there is 1 person in the queue who doesn’t know how to use it, no one can get on the train.

@merseyrail when will we be able to buy valid tickets without using a machine from stations like Bache? The machine there is regularly either broken or so slow you are stuck in a queue and miss your train.
