@TheTNStar Dumb idea. The only way for change to come is to let the people who elect bad leaders feel the deep pain of incompetence. Once you take ownership of the problems they created, you distract from the errors, and become the bag holders for their mistakes. Consequences are teachers.
@mattmurphyshow Or maybe some people price themselves out of being hireable. Is anyone complaining about this decision willing to sign a statement promising not to complain about increased electric rates, to cover overpriced workers? Doubt it.
@alisa_childers A rich charge from someone with a weekly feature called “On This Date” which rehashes… old news. That includes stories where he’s been provided with documentary and eyewitness evidence of inaccuracies. All I asked was that he stop republishing the slanders. He won’t.
@GeorgeSayour There are none so blind as those who refuse to see. You can be right on the issues, but if you violate assembly rules in the attempt you lose the war. Ignorance of the rules drives much of this controversy. Mr. Brindle’s phrasing betrayed him. It’s a learning moment.
Mercenary tweet because books. :-) Add some wisdom to your library with this Banner of Truth Southern Presbyterian Book Set - from Greenville Seminary. @gptseminary https://t.co/XVZuaskUUU
@WmHillJr WLC 143-145 are sobering and convicting. When we hear a bad report we should re-read them. If we then realize we know the charges are false, we must rise to defend the one being slandered. Truth matters.
