I'm confused by the different levels of support being offered by @jet2 My son has been abandoned after a cancelled flight home to Manchester this morning. Not even offered water in 6 hrs at the airport. No communications and no idea when his flight will be 😡

Cancelled my sons flight from Ibiza to Manchester while he was at the airport. 6 hrs later took him to a hotel. 8 hrs later the hotel tell him he isn't on the 'list'.?.. I mean really?? He hasn't eaten since 7am

@BritishGasHelp Thank you. I think it's unhelpful to expect people to visit overarching conditions on your website. Your email to customers telling them that your variable tariff is cheaper should not stipulate those exit fees.

@BritishGas You are sending emails out telling people your variable rate is cheaper than current fixed tariff. Have you factored in the £150 exit fees??? My elderly mother has been told that her swap will be £25 cheaper but it looks like you're going to charge her £150 exit.

@BritishGasHelp I have the app and since November have been billed 5 times-3 times in June gas only electric only and combination. I have 3 'reversals' showing and 3 'miscellaneous docs' entries. I send my meter readings regularly but now have absolutely no idea what my bill is.
