@Shentel Christiansburg and Redford are still down 14+ hours later. Latest I’ve been told is that the problem is under a road in Radford and must have City of Radford approval to dig. No ETA for service restoration. Is this correct? How many customers are affected?

@corduroyfields @Dell @Apple My MacBook Pro 17” is almost 8 yes old and still rocks! Just put a new 1Tb ssd in it. Love it! Would be on my 3rd Dell by now is my past experience. They seemed to need to be replaced about every 3 years. Just my 2 cents.

@Uber Uber driver app is NOT counting offline time. It continues to count down driving time when offline. I've been offline for 9.5 hours with no credit for the offline time. Support will not help!
