2 years ago, a courageous 7yo by the name of Kendrick was physically assaulted by his then elementary school counselor Christa Tatem in a Montgomery Co ISD classroom. The suspect has still yet to be arrested & this is what motivated us to write a legislative bill in honor of Kendrick. We’d like to get it on the agenda for the 2025 session for it to be written into law. If you’re in Texas, please let your elected official know that this act needs to be passed.
