6. People become what the room expects of them.
If the room lets a standard slide, it slides.
If the room corrects the small thing every single day, people stop believing small things are small.
My goal is to build an environment where success is inevitable.
@DMSabatini When did mechanistic replace mammalian? Is mTORC1 mechanistic and mTOR mammalian? I think it is very odd that mTOR is now defined as mechanistic target of rapamycin in a lot of the literature. Just doesn’t seem appropriate to me. Interested in your thoughts. Thanks.
@Jeffandora Dan did not claim he invented this - just simply that he's used it and likes it.
So odd that people love attacking others like this when he's simply sharing knowledge to help others.

@BenBikmanPhD How does the insulin resistant adipocyte spread the insulin resistance? What factor(s) are secreted from adipocytes that act on skeletal muscle? How does this idea reckon with muscle being the primary site for insulin-stim glucose disposal? Interested in ur thoughts
@Coach__Strick@StrickHoopsLLC Sure there are all kinds of issues with AAU, but it does provide great opportunities to play organized bb for kids who do not get that opportunity from HS team
@BradSchoenfeld Here is my theory: need both heavy and light to continue to adapt. Heavy for NS/strength while light triggers a hypertrophy factor. Train both at the same time with drop sets. 1st set heavy 4-6 reps immediately drop load by 35-40% AMAP. One set only for better recovery (I’m old)
