ICE agents in Minnesota snatched a young Latino boy who was allegedly around 14 y/o walking home from school! They put him in the car without any parents around which they aren’t supposed to be allowed to do,but obviously they aren’t listening so there will be another lawsuit! 🤬

This morning, ICE denied me entry into their detention facility at 26 Federal Plaza for my weekly, unannounced oversight visit, citing @Sec_Noem’s "new" policy requiring 7 days’ notice.

A court has already ruled that members have a statutory right to conduct oversight, but now DHS has concocted a bogus reason to keep us out.

We know oversight is effective and have seen that it improves detention conditions.

If this administration is so transparent, what are they afraid of and what are trying to hide?
