N1.6billion was allocated to the Construction of mini Stadiums with Flood Lightening System in Paiko (Paikoro LGA), Kuta (Shiroro LGA), Gawu Babangida (Gurara LGA) and Sabon Bwari in Tafa LGA, Niger state, in the Niger state Q4 2025 Budget Implementation Report.

We tracked this project in Tafa LGA and saw only preliminary activities; mainly land preparation, foundation works, block laying, and the installation of reinforcement rods in some sections of the structure.

The contractor/construction workers were not on-site at the time of the visit. We gathered that they left the site 2 months ago.

We call on @FmardNg, the implementing agency to call the contractor back to site to complete this project.
