@Redwards40 Had RZR 570 for years & put 1000’s of mountain miles on it. Great for its size. All depends what you want it for. Great for trails, but not for work. Best windshield combo is folding/vented full front windshield (Ryfab) w/ full rear window. Had SLP doors on mine.

@Bayleewilson Find a local property management service & have them deal with it. The 10-15% of gross rent they take is well worth it if you don’t have to deal with the house & renters constantly. Keep the rent price as high as the house can sustain to limit the rif raf.

Sulfur continues to play a big factor in maximizing yield. 30+ bu/ac deficit where no sulfur was applied in this field. VRT was spread based on P levels in the soil map. You can see where the VRT spreader kicked on and off on the line. Yield map on the top matches up well.

@Bradleychoquet2 Have a customer that planted an irrigated 80 of it last fall, so will be interesting to watch this year. Looks to me like one of those specialty markets that could easily be flooded w/ relatively few total acres, but we’ll see.
