@aaronhoyland No but the airlines that force people to wait on the tarmac for hours, refuse to find alternate arrangements, pay for people's expenses incurred, or just strand people in cities is their fault.

Food availability, the food that is being produced, and reduced activity does. Both tangible and highly causative factors.
