@llewgolf@WOOLWORTHS_SA Sadly this is true. Try the PNP burger Friday deal. 4 burgers + 4 freshly baked rolls + fresh lettuce + tomato + sliced cheese all for R100 or R50 if you’re a FNB cardholder.
Small towns generally don’t fail - they get forgotten.
There is something powerful about a big investment landing in a small town. It always gives me such hope because when smaller towns are forgotten, they degrade at an alarming rate, and so do the buildings within them.
Piquetberg Mall, located in the small town of Piketberg in the Western Cape, is doubling in size and getting a R150 million upgrade.
Piketberg has a population of 12 000 people. This is probably the biggest retail investment here - ever.
Details about the mall:
• Number of retail stores: 40
• Completion date: end of 2026
• Parking bays: 400 (86 underground)
• Total mall GLA (gross lettable area): 13 000m2
I must commend the Jankielsohn family for their commitment to Piketberg and investing so much back into the CBD. It is wonderful to see an expansion project like this in 2026, and future generations will thank them for it.

In normal times, this would end the political career of a state senator, but it won’t harm the president of the United States at all. The US media has decided, collectively, to give him a pass on his racism. The recent NBC interview didn’t ask him a single question about it.

Saturday night I was travelling from Century City back home and the route I take is the M5 South.
I was in the centre lane and passed a LARGE log perfectly centrered in the far left lane.
A few metres from the log was an individual sitting crouched in the bushes. (Kensington opp. Ysterplaat)
I realised what I've just seen and called the highway patrol which confirmed they would respond immediately to this threat.
Criminals are looking to capture the N1 in the same way they did the N2.
