@paulfoxcroft I think they probably would have been nasty/violent in any situation, and it would have been worse if I’d not been white. But it was frightening and painful. Not sure how you’d ever legislate for it though, especially as it should fall under the ‘don’t be a dick’ rule.

@paulfoxcroft I don’t know. The first time I had a bottle thrown at my head in a bus it was by some boys shouting ‘boffin’ at me (I was wearing my school blazer). I had a few people be either physically or verbally violent to me for that reason and had to change my route back from school 1/2
