I was given my name by the Iroquois Nation many hundreds of years ago. By 1660 my name was printed on maps by the Europeans as they accepted the Native name which means Beautiful waters.
In 1867 the Canadian government decided to use my name for their providence.
Anyone surprised?
“The WSJ reports the depletion of U.S. weapons stocks in the Iran war could be motivating Putin to consider making a move on a NATO country.”
This is what no strategy for the Iran war & allowing Russia to do whatever it wants gets us.
So much for America 1st.
@PeteMundo It’s a petroleum byproduct; why aren’t the oil/gas producers in the USA gearing up to make it here instead?
I thought everybody was behind “America First”.
Of course that also impacts the UAE and Saudi friends of the current administration. So… prob not.
@moms_joco@KansasGOP This is just yelling at the sky to vent your anger.
I’d like to see specific action plans for what the “mommy’s” 😂😂 would suggest. And “cut taxes and spending” doesn’t count.
@chris_stritzel Yeah I get it; watch out for the karma when your little part of the metro is taken over by a city and sports team that doesn’t give a shit about any of us.
Anyway, they want to steamroller this thing and with some foresight and planning the situation could have eased.
WOW. Roger Marshall calls Kansans "dangerous," says meeting with them is "non-productive." and doesn't even feel "safe" in a room with us? How can you represent Kansans if you're afraid of meeting one of us????
@IncognitoMeems@HoraceHogan@jocolibrary DJT uses his office every day to do political advocacy.
Much more concerned about the damage he’s doing than the local librarian.
@WeThePeopleKS Uh, sorry to break this to you…. SS doesn’t add or subtract you from state voter rolls.
I’d like to see the breakout of (a) by state and (b) the actual amounts that were paid out since 2000.
“He required everyone—small and great, rich and poor, free and slave—to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark, which was either the name of the beast or the number representing his name.”
Revelation 13:16-18
@dlm_bmlawkc Don’t know what their issue is (well yeah I DO….)
They can always get their Ivermectin in the mail and avoid CVS. Same for their lexapro and Viagra 😂😂😂
Obama's admin had 3 people worth as much as $100M+.
Bush & Biden's admin each had 5 people worth as much as $100M+.
Trump's admin? 57 PEOPLE, excluding Trump, worth as much as $100M+.
And that includes 8 billionaires.
Our country is being run by the ultra-wealthy.
Instead of chastising Americans who are giving up on capitalism, stop and understand why.
These aren’t people against free markets, small business, or personal success. They’re against a system that has allowed healthcare, housing, and even groceries to become unaffordable, the minimum wage to become one of poverty, and the middle class to be destroyed.
People are upset that the American Dream has become a fantasy. They’re upset that working hard doesn’t pay the bills, and that politicians only serve billionaires, corporations, and special interests.
If you want the public to embrace capitalism, you have to show that it will work for them. We need universal healthcare, living minimum wages, quality job opportunities, and secure retirements.
We need big money out of politics and politicians that work for the many, not the select few.
