Per the ACS 2026 CRC screening guideline on the pivotal studies, it's the opposite: Shield (ECLIPSE) had higher Stage I sensitivity at 64.7% vs Freenome PREEMPT at 57.1%. Overall CRC sensitivity was also higher for Shield (83.1% vs 79.2%). Both tests had similarly low advanced precancer detection (~12-13%). The readout shows Shield stronger on early-stage performance.
