@whale6x Little bit over 10k to clear my debts and start rebuilding my credit. Would be nice to pay for a book deal, dunno how much that costs though. (Link to my book in my pinned post.)
@Randall85850773 It was self deprecating, no doubt. The only truly egregious moment was the actual “He-Man.” Line. Everything else was either unserious or tongue in cheek. At least that’s how they read.
Kevin Smith is the best modern example with a face and name to it of someone who UTTERLY DESPISED the source material, yet somehow and somewhy wound up in charge of producing the new versions. The new MOTU was fantastic, if a little shy of itself.
@RayzuReturns “Performative.” By making this an exclusive they’ve made the game cost just shy of 600 dollars. This isn’t performative, it’s perfectly reasonable.
@HollywoodHandle "Let us make everything live action, because we look down on animation as a medium for children!" Meanwhile the "Live Action" films are 99% 3d animated graphics. You cannot make up how stupid studio executives are.
@mumpitzgames I’m honestly so excited to see what more this game provides, I’ve 100%’ed the Demo and desperately want more. It’s the first tower defense game in a long time that has genuinely caused me to use strategy and rely on new resources to progress.
Kojima Productions, together with DNSYS Exoskeleton, has unveiled a fully functional exoskeleton model from Death Stranding 2.
This model reduces knee strain by 200%, has a power output of 400 W, a walking range of 15 km, and weighs 2 kg.
Each exoskeleton unit comes with a unique serial number, and the device is priced at $1,998.
@TheDuskbloods Shame that this game is gonna flop because it’s a Switch 2 exclusive, and if Bloodborne is anything to go by, we will NEVER get a port to PC.
@Based_SpaceGoji If I get just one, I would make Hedorah playable, rather than a stage hazard. If I could include a category, I would include a representative from every major Kaiju, Mecha and Kyodai Fighter series. If I could make sure one NEVER GOT IN, it would be Moguera.
@theboredmoor There are short stories that are shorter than the list of powers that Spawn has. He has so many powers that the easier question to ask is; “What powers doesn’t Spawn have?”
@ShitpostRock2 3 factors;
1- Old pixel art games had a limited color palette which meant that the colors were restricted to a cohesive theme.
2- Old pixel art games were played on Cathode Ray Tube screens which had a foggy edge rather than sheer lines.
3- Nostalgia.
@CountDankulaTV Emperor’s gonna die, I’m calling it now. They revealed that the whole point of the Grey Knights is to kill the Emperor if he wakes up. They also stand no chance in the attempt. They’re gonna have the Emperor die and wake up as a God just like Sigmar. You watch.
@bitteriarann So we’ve lost the “Live Action” part of “Live Action Roleplay” and Larp has just become a synonym for Roleplay now? No I don’t like that one bit.
