Yesterday marked 19 yrs since the tragic @NASA#Columbia accident. Among those lost was the first Israeli astronaut, Col. #IlanRamon. Discover his story through an interactive activity with celebrated artist @HanochPiven. @TeamSpaceIL https://t.co/vBdoY4KLJ5
The #IsraelEd community lost a visionary leader yesterday. Cheryl Aronson helped lead the way in infusing Israel into Jewish ed settings. She was always a supportive mentor & friend. There are countless people who are in the field today bc of Cheryl. May her memory be a blessing.
Our thoughts and prayers are with our brothers and sisters at Congregation Beth Israel in #Colleyville, Texas.
We pray for the safety of the hostages and law enforcement officials trying to secure their release.
We are immensely relieved and grateful that the hostage situation at Congregation Beth Israel has come to an end and that the hostages are safe.
We thank @FBI, @TxDPS, @ColleyvillePD, and other law enforcement agencies for handling this terrifying situation so deftly.
I am closely monitoring the hostage situation taking place in Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, Texas.
We pray for the safety of the hostages and rescuers.
For those of you worried about awkward family dinners tonight, just remember that in Israel we do this every Friday night and we're just fine 😜.
Happy #Thanksgiving 🇺🇸🇮🇱!

The Israeli nat'l holiday of #Sigd begins tomorrow night. #Ethiopian Jews brought this holiday of renewal and redemption to Israel, and both Ethiopian and #Jewish identities thrive through the music, language, & traditions of this celebration. Happy Sigd! https://t.co/RvvhUd2HnP
