@elonmusk true, a significant reason to end DST. The week following the time change to DST has increased heart attacks and car accidents. it is government imposed time, not natural time.
@RealDiannaRenee yes, lots of research in this area. the time change is bad for health overall but DST also has its health consequences, especially this coming monday morning when heart attacks and car accidents are higher typically.
@SenTuberville NO! Permanent DST has been tried before, and is damaging to sleep health. We need morning sunlight to wake up, feel good, and to be alert. Restore permanent Standard Time instead, the clock set to the sun!
