A consultant from mtn actually told me it'll be cheaper for me to just renew my contract at a lower price because it's impossible to cancel. An MTN consultant ! Disgusting business practice

@MTNza I have DM'd the details - please can someone get back to me - ref says respond within 24 hours and it's now been 2 weeks. It's a joke . But if I wanted a new contract I'd get 3 calls in an hour. #unethicalBusiness practice

The consultant actually told me on my second number I'm no longer using she can change it to a lower rate as it will be very hard to cancel

So it's happened to someone else and I'm still told you won't refund the extra charge after tripling the amount for my order? This is clearly dishonesty because the restaurant is not likely to be paid 3 times as much, so Uber is stealing from customers and the restaurant 😡

PSA: @UberEats is randomly overcharging people because their Math is really terrible and refuse to refund their arbitrarily assigned additional amounts because I proceeded with an order and thought to resolve it with Uber afterward. @businessinsider @eNCA
