@BarclaysUK your ‘card freeze’ feature on the app took the worry and hassle of losing my card away. Just saying ‘thanks’ because we’re quick to complain, not so great at the praise when things are good. Cheers!
@RBS_Help Thanks for standard reply. My solicitor is calling and emailing the team, constantly chasing for updates. We just get apologetic ‘sorry for delay’ emails ...eventually. Maybe expand team, to provide a decent and professional service? #mortgages#solicitors
