Fort Worth police officer says that calling a biological male a "sir" is a "grey area" and that he would potentially ticket @wfcpreacher for "offending" a man pretending to be a woman.

The cop then says he WOULD NOT ticket the LGBTQ activists for offending the preacher by marching around half-naked men in front of children.

This is absolutely INSANE. These cops are supposed to enforce the LAW.

Correct.. The vote held during the June 2026 DAR Continental Congress defeated a proposal to amend the by-laws. The change would have required the term “woman” to mean those born biologically female. The vote tally you provided shows this amendment was easily defeated.

The city of Conroe, Texas local government corporation defaulted on an interest payment on its $147 million Hyatt Regency Hotel and Convention Center.

The hotel is now valued at less than $25 million.

$28.715 million in first lien, $27.16 million in second lien, and $21.215 million in third lien bonds were issued in April 2021.

“This hotel has become the worst and most expensive project in Conroe’s history,” Councilman Harry Hardman said. “Two years after completion it is worth less than 20 cents on the dollar.”

Initially, a market study estimated the hotel could gross about $7.1 million by fiscal year 2026. The latest budget now puts that figure closer to $1.9 million.

In addition to rising construction costs, in July 2022 the council flagged dozens of invoices submitted to the city by California-based DPR Construction Inc. totaling over $7,000 for meals, sunglasses, T-shirts and other expenses. One invoice tallied more than $2,000 at the Twin Peaks restaurant in Shenandoah.
