I've been thinking a lot about more ways to allow modern people to have shared "assets" over things in such a way that bonds them. The classic are shared leases/homes.
One idea that is less commonly seem is if we could mainstream shared ownership of courtyards/front yards.

Maybe the key to AGI lies within a narrow AI that can do data labeling at scale for all of the internet. There are so many ways that the internet could benefit from better data labeling of its content. Google is not as efficient as it could be
Has there been a government system which has tried to cap off salaries and net worth (perhaps tax or automatically donate anything in excess) Something in the US where lawmakers cannot make more than 750k per year in there career or lifetime would be a cool experiment to run.
The pandemic gave many white collar workers time off and additional freedom which lead their psychologies to adapt and change. One of the main changes (seen culturally) seems to towards paying more attention to ones own quality of life and building projects they care about
