@British_Airways back at it again managing to frustrate me to the fullest. On the Montreal airport waiting to claim one of my bags that have arrived and they have no one to help me, so now apparently I have to wait for an hour for the staff to arrive just so i can claim my bag.

I just received a mail from @British_Airways stating that it will take atleast 3 mths for my compensation to arrive for my claim for essentials which is ridiculous considering the payment is for food, clothes and other important things for which i need money asap @EU_ICAO @icao
