@RachelReevesMP What difference does Labour government make to #LoanChargeScandal? Promised independent Inquiry into mis-selling, delivered #McCannReview to 'encourage' victims to pay more.
Result? Likely thousands of bankruptcies and more #LoanChargeSuicides.

Please stop peddling the line @jamesmurray_ldn that former #HMRC Assistant Director Ray McCann was “suggested by Loan Charge campaigners”.
He was never suggested by LCAG. His background would have ruled him out, if you had delivered the “truly independent review” you promised!
This is typical of the way the Treasury hasn’t been honest about the supposedly ‘independent’ review into loan charge settlement terms (not the #LoanCharge). No mention that Ray McCann is a former Asst Director of HMRC! Nor that he was there when the big banks settled for 10-15%.
@DavidDavisMP The review does nothing for all those families who were forced and bullied to settle and now facing crippling monthly bills. Yet if we buried our head in the sand would’ve been in a better situation now..
@loanchargeAPPG@YuanfenYang this the independent reviews parameters.. truly encompassing of the cause and responsibility of key players etc.. and everything but independent:-(
The #LoanChargeScandal independent review has every chance of causing a financial crisis before Xmas for '000's of people too having already caused 10 deaths
I am 64 years of age already with onset of age-related health issues
I have written to my supportive MP, members of HMRC, HMT, CoEs and even the Prime Minister asking questions without receiving appropriate/adequate responses
