Inimesed, kes ei süvene (ja vahel isegi need, kes süvenevad), vaatavad 3h pärast jaoskondade sulgemist ühesugust pilti ja siis *sekunditega* muutub pilt ja jääbki selliseks. Inimaju pole suuteline seda kahtlusteta protsessima. VVK peaks siis lükkama ka jaoskondade hääled edasi, pole mõtet tilgutada. Või siis peaks kogu aeg olema disclaimer - esimesed 3h loeme 50-74 ja maakonnakeskustes elava eagrupi hääli, Tallinn, Harju-Rapla ja maakonnakeskuste 18-50 on alles tulemas.

@andreaskaju What story are you referring to? Seems unwise/risky to have 50% / 100s of thousands of e-votes counted so much later and likely shift the results significantly; and also not in favour of the party that was in the lead the whole evening. What's the reason there? Any idea?
