@arantespp@shreyas Most folks answered the two areas that matter most to me:
1. Start with the problem & why and work *together* on the solution. Don’t start with a solution.
2. The earlier you engage a designer in the process, the more likely they’ll be more of a partner to you. Context matters.

@nurijanian Fun fact. My lacrosse coach in college used to put a word in the second to last slide of our playbook slides. He would ask random players what that word was at the next training.
One challenge I have observed with most PM orgs that have a very high talent bar is that the Product Managers within such orgs hesitate to seek help, input, and advice from their peer PMs, thereby failing to avail one of the big benefits of being a part of a very talented PM org.
