Like the memory updates — but the real bottleneck isn’t storage, it’s retrieval UX.

In my view, #ChatGPT is a second brain trapped inside a messenger UI. Threads-as-a-chronological-list don’t scale for research, code, or product work. Search is still keyword-based, not meaning-based.

What’s missing:
- Semantic map of my thoughts (cluster view / t-SNE plot) to navigate ideas, not timestamps.
- Cross-thread backlinks and collections that unify chats, files, and tool calls by topic.
- The ability to “continue from this cluster” not just “open new chat” (Branching ≠ thinking)

If ChatGPT could organise my thoughts (conversation threads) into a navigable knowledge graph, memory would stop being a drawer and become a desk.

When can we browse our thoughts like a semantic map, not a time-sorted list?
