Thomas Jefferson, the second Vice President of the United States, only got the job because he lost the presidential election, and it forced him to become second-in-command to his own political enemy. Under the original rules of the Constitution, whoever came in second place in the presidential race automatically became Vice President. So in 1796, when John Adams narrowly beat Jefferson for the presidency, the prize for losing was that Jefferson had to serve as Adams's VP. The catch was that they were from opposing parties and increasingly bitter rivals. It's the only time in American history that the President and Vice President were political enemies from opposite sides, basically forced to work together because of a quirk in the rules.
Rather than sulk, Jefferson used the job to do something that outlasted almost everything else he did. As Vice President, his main role was presiding over the Senate, and he noticed there were no clear, consistent rules for how the place was supposed to run. So he sat down and wrote one. He literally authored the rulebook, a guide to parliamentary procedure now known as "Jefferson's Manual," laying out how debates, votes, and motions should work.
The wild part is that his rulebook never went away. Jefferson's Manual is still in use in the United States Congress today, more than 200 years later. The House of Representatives formally adopted it and still prints it as part of its official rules. So a set of procedures a frustrated Vice President wrote in the year 1800 is still governing how American laws get debated right now.
He also basically moonlighted while in office. During his vice presidency, Jefferson was simultaneously serving as president of the American Philosophical Society, the country's leading scientific organization, treating his VP years as a chance to keep geeking out over science and ideas.
So the real Thomas Jefferson as VP: got the job as a consolation prize for losing, was stuck serving under his own rival, and spent the time writing a congressional rulebook that lawmakers are still using two centuries later.
That's a Vice President.
SHE SAVED 120 SOLDIERS
Lieutenant Adar Ben Simon was a commander on the Zikim base.
When a barrage of Hamas terrorists attacked her base, she rushed to make sure all of her junior soldiers went into a safe location.
Adar then took her weapons and stormed towards the terrorists, entering into direct combat with them.
Adar was killed by the overwhelming firepower of the terrorists, but almost every person on her base come out alive.
A true hero.
May her memory be a blessing.
The Girl Who Lived a Thousand Years.
In May 1944, thirteen-year-old Elli Friedmann arrived at Auschwitz with her family. She still wore the long blond braids her mother had braided for her that morning. On the selection ramp, those braids helped create a small illusion, the camp doctor thought she was older and sent her to forced labor instead of the gas chambers.
But childhood ended the moment she stepped into the camp.
She was shaved, tattooed, and reduced to a number. Hunger became constant. Fear became normal. She and her mother worked brutal shifts, moving earth with their bare hands while guards watched. Every day was a quiet battle just to stay alive.
When the camp was liberated in 1945, Elli was only fourteen. Yet she later wrote one of the most haunting lines in Holocaust literature: “I am fourteen, and I have lived a thousand years.”
After the war she moved to America, became a professor, and wrote her memoir so the world would never forget what she and millions of others endured.
Her story is not just about surviving Auschwitz. It’s about a young girl who refused to let the darkness take everything from her, including her voice.
@alvarezzis6 Funny how CA is demanding reparations for its black citizens. In September 1850 CA petitioned the USA government for admission to the union as the 31 state as a "free state" (means a prohibition on slavery). So, you want reparations for people who are not decedents of slaves!
@bennyjohnson Get a hold of that tape of Swalwell pulling a prostitute onto him from behind. There is another man on that bed in the video. You briefly see the side of his bearded face. Get a still of the ear of that man. Compare it to Gallego's left ear. Ears are like fingerprints.
BANNON: Trump took off from Andrews last night, had to turn back for an electrical issue with AF1, returned to Andrews, changed planes, and arrived 3 hours late. Extended red eye. He lands, gets on the helicopter, starts his speech about 20 min late. Trump is 78. Nearly 2 hours on stage plus Q&A, no softballs, then straight into bilaterals on Ukraine, Gaza, and Greenland.
This isn’t just about Canada’s prime minister anymore. Look at Davos. Look at the chorus of global elites, bureaucrats, billionaires, and unelected power-brokers lining up to take swings at Donald Trump. When that many “important” people all agree on one thing, you should immediately ask yourself why.
Trump isn’t being attacked because he’s reckless or crude. He’s being attacked because he refuses to kneel. He stands in direct opposition to the so-called “New World Order” that’s been quietly built for decades—one that centralizes power, erodes national sovereignty, weakens borders, and reduces citizens to managed subjects. Davos isn’t about cooperation; it’s about control. And Trump is a problem because he disrupts that plan.
They know the truth: to dominate the West, they must first break the United States. The U.S. is the last major obstacle—a nation still armed with free speech, constitutional protections, and a deeply ingrained resistance to top-down rule. That’s why America is constantly under attack, culturally, economically, and politically. That’s why Trump is treated as an existential threat rather than just another politician.
You don’t have to like him. You don’t have to agree with everything he says or does. But you cannot deny what he represents: resistance. The U.S. remains the freest nation on Earth, and if it falls, the rest of us don’t stand a chance. Look around—France, Belgium, the UK, Venezuela—once-free societies hollowed out by elite arrogance and centralized power, all told it was for their own good.
Trump will be gone one day. That’s inevitable. But what must endure is the United States as a free, sovereign nation. If America falls, the dominoes will follow—and there will be no one left to push back. This is bigger than one man. This is about whether freedom itself still has a defender.
🚨 THIS WAS NOT A PROTEST. IT WAS A DEPLOYMENT. 🚨
What looked like a handful of “concerned neighbors” in Buffalo NY turned out to be something very different once we went undercover.
Same signs.
Same chants.
Same timing.
Same talking points.
Different city… identical script.
These anti-ICE demonstrations are not organic. They are chapter-based operations tied into a national NGO network with centralized coordination. Local faces. National direction.
Here’s how it works…
They brand it as compassion to lower defenses.
They insert attorneys and “activists” to provoke confrontation.
They film selectively to manufacture outrage.
They amplify through friendly media and social feeds.
They pressure local officials into declaring ICE-free zones.
No vote.
No consent.
No accountability.
Meanwhile, federal law is obstructed, criminal networks adapt, and working neighborhoods absorb the risk while elites applaud from a distance.
This isn’t about immigrants.
It’s about power.
It’s about nullifying federal law city by city.
It’s about chaos disguised as morality.
Buffalo didn’t ask for this.
Communities didn’t authorize this.
And Americans are done pretending this is accidental.
Follow the structure… not the slogans.
