is it reasonable for her parents help with a reasonable deposit - yes probably

what should she do - if they don’t want to gift her a deposit a soft loan that allows her to access a good mortgage is ideal

@rorysutherland I know a lot of people in that age range who have dropped out of the work force and just retired early / gone part time to live and easy life. But these seems way too extreme not to be a data error
