@virginmedia after taking 2 weeks to fix a botched installation, we are now experiencing the second outage with an estimated fix time of over 4 days within a month from joining. Could you please advise on what is going on with the service in SE14?

@virginmedia Last update was when I accessed the app this morning. I suspect that the page returns the update time as time when accessed so it’s not very informative. What’s the current status of the fix? Is an engineer on site?

@ChrisA @virginmedia @Plusnet Yes, New Cross Gate, close to Eckington Gardens. We joined Virgin Media hoping to get more bandwidth but it has been a mistake in terms of reliability. We had 2 lengthy outages in about 6 weeks since we joined.
