@SaudiAirlinesEn why don't you offer your customers vegan meal options? At booking, 17 special meal options can be selected, but none vegan. I decided "Asian vegetarian" was closest but the only vegan food provided was dry bread and cold boiled potatoes. In BUSINESS CLASS.

@WizzAirUK_W9 cancelled with no notice all flights from Lithuania to UK today. What does WizzAir consider reasonable costs for an overnight accommodation and a return journey from VNO to KUN, to be reimbursed in the case of rebooking onto a flight tomorrow? Thanks.

Uber's response: yes the restaurant provided you the wrong food, and yes the food may have made you sick, but we don't do anything about it because our customer service is too stupid to have responded within 48 hours.
I have legal rights even if you think your drivers don't.

@Uber_Support I am a vegan. I placed an order with a restaurant (Coconut Cafe in Newton, Massachusetts) on Uber Eats, but was delivered the wrong items including those containing meat and seafood. I inadvertently ate some of what I believe was pork, which made me feel sick.

I made a complaint to Uber in the app immediately, but Uber marked the issue was marked as "resolved" 2 days later. It is now refusing to take any action because it's been over 48hrs since the order was placed. My consumer rights don't expire after 48hrs! Disgrace!

@JetBlue doesn't mind the reputational damage of taking over Spirit as it knows its brand has nosedived. Just took over 2 hours to decide that it, not AA, had responsibility for a flight that it marketed, operated and without reason cancelled last-minute, costing me hundred$
