@TTChelps @TTCnotices do not say there are shuttle busses if there aren't any. We believe your announcements. Not only confusing but extemely frustrating to get to street level to be told the subway is working and have to go back down. I've experienced this multiple times. 2/2

@TTChelps @TTCnotices FYI yesterday I was on a train holding at Yonge stn in line 2. Due to emergency at Ossington it was holding. On the platform announcements said there were shuttle busses but 5 min later the train moved. Obviously there were no shuttle busses! 1/2
